We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist. Spa experience preferred. Who can handle all front desk responsibilities with the ability to multi-task. Job duties include, assisting owner/esthetician when necessary with preparing rooms, customer service, answering phone, updating files, computer scheduling, data entry, product promotion, ensuring a clean atmosphere for the spa, keeping all staff up to date with schedules and promotions, and overseeing the general reception area for the majority of the day. This job offers a work environment that will definitely keep you balanced; enough work to keep you busy in a peaceful environment.
